  • The construction of the robotic wine cellar is the company\u2019s latest cornerstone<\/strong>, unique worldwide for its technology.<\/p>

    The\u00a0wine cellar<\/span>\u00a0is equipped with the latest advances in climatization, temperature control and relative humidity<\/strong> (17 degrees and 70% humidification), which creates an ideal atmosphere<\/strong> for ageing wine and preserving the oak in the barrels and allows for a bacteria-free environment<\/strong>.<\/p>

    In addition, this avoids uncontrolled losses<\/strong> of wine, which can vary between 1 and 9%.<\/p>
