Félix Solís Avantis receives the first batch of the 500,000 masks purchased to donate the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha

Félix Solís Avantis has received the first batch of the 500,000 masks approved to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which they acquired in order to donate to the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. This first batch of 180,000 masks took off on April 11 from Shanghai on a charter flight and landed this Sunday at Madrid's Barajas airport.

The wine company has managed to obtain the sanitary material in China through co-operation with the company’s subsidiary in the country, with the aim of donating it to the Castilla-La Mancha Health Service (SESCAM). In addition, the second batch of 320,000 masks is expected to arrive in Spain this week.

“In this exceptional situation, we hope that this material will help and advance the shared goal of avoiding, as far as possible, the spread of the virus. From the group we want and trust that everything will return to normal as soon as possible ”, stated the president and CEO, Félix Solís.

Félix Solís, has a wide network of International Subsidiaries in countries including China with the Shanghai Félix Solís Winery Co. Ltd and Pagos del Rey Shanghai SL. The company was established in the country in 1998, being one of the first Spanish companies to do so with its own headquarters and its own staff, who were precisely those who have led to the acquisition of the material.
